The apartment is very spacious with large rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with a massive table for eating and chatting. The apartment also has modern bathrooms with a bath and shower.

Some minor repairs were needed, such as loose door frames and detached armrests on the settee. There was construction outside on the bridge, causing noise and dust.
